Cathy

Cathy is a bright young woman and mother of two young children. She left the corporate world to be with her kids and was seeking a new career. Champ

Champ had been a sales manager for a technology company but was out of work for about two years while also trying to get a start-up company going. He was running out of money and becoming desperate to find work to support his family. He needed a good job. Champ was somewhat older than the average applicant and his lowered self confidence had convinced him that he was not grade A job material. We worked on a two pronged plan: create a structure of accountable action in the job search and simultaneously build up his self confidence by controlling his limiting beliefs and negative self assessment.
